Welcome. I hope that you will find my site informative and useful. My goal is to provide the highest quality legal services to you in a timely fashion. I believe that we are all being victimized by an unprecedented abuse of power ( as evidenced by the Tulia Drug Cases Scandal; The Dallas Police Department Fake Drug Scandal; The Houston Crime Lab Scandal;The Enron and Haliburton scandals; Prosecutor's withholding evidence  (see General Accounting Offices scathing 2001 report on Significant Problems with Justice Departments Office of Professional Responsibility and www.publicintegrity.org)- and that the only way to fight back is to stand up and refuse to be cowed by the government. I have seen police officers, District Attorneys, probation officers and judges act as if a citizen accused is guilty until proven innocent. I have heard jurors tell me my client has to prove innocence - or even worse- they believe it but are too gutless to voice the truth because they want to be on a jury and "hang em". I am outraged by abusive behavior by those in positions of public trust (see above references).I am sick of politicians who yell about punishing criminals and claim to care about justice but don't want to provide access to justice for citizens accused of crimes because it costs too much.
